Q:
Does anyone here know of a great place to get wild game and outdoor recipes online without going through the hassle of searching over a bunch of other stuff? ANy helpful info would be greatly appreciated.

Take any beef recipe and substitute venison - same with chicken and pheasant or duck (although the duck is usually a little rich - cut back on any fats added to the recipe)

The site wont let me post the link for some reason. But google search "wild game in the kitchen". Its the first link that comes up. something like food for hunters blog. It has some good stuff on there
