Q:
Anyone got any good sites/books for recipes for fish/game? I found www.recipesforwildgame.com, but there's probably more out there. Here in MN, everything just gets a can of cream of mushroom soup! But there's got to be a "to die for" way to do javelin/antelope/sage hen/among other critters/etc....

This is from the Ohio Div of Wildlife... Doesnt have all the species but still some good eats...http://www.dnr.state.oh.us/Home/Wildlife_Cookbooklandingpage/tabid/6470/Default.aspx
Check out Rifles and Recipes web site. This is a great site maintined by noted writer John Barsness and his wife Eileen Clarke. John handles the rifle stuff and Eileen the cooking. Her latest cook book, Slice of the Wild is excellent. You can order from their web site.

Kenton's link to the Ohio DNR site looks promising. Are there any other links to web sources for recipes, not just ads for books?
