Q:
Like IdahoHntr, I'm off into the back-country. WY area 21 for goats- I'll report back what I see. They got hammered with snow earlier in the week and that'll push them down into the flats, but maybe our deer and elk tags will get punched. Tire chains?-check.

Best of luck to you. I'm jealous - it'll be be in the 80's here. Not bad if you have a beach trip in mind but I'd rather be somewhere like where you're at. Stay safe.

Best of luck to you and be carefull, its snowing pretty good here now and i live on the Wind River Range. Planning to go to dubois this weekend to fill my deer permit but it has been pretty rough getting around in the mts..also keep an eye out for the griz's if your headed to the north country, lots of bears this year in hunt camps and some have even taken off with game after it was down. Good luck.

Wish I was going with you (I'm sitting in 85 degree Atlanta weather). My brothers just returned from their antelope hunt in South Dakota. I couldn't make it this year. They had 28 degrees and snow. They did quite well though with everyone getting their limit. The antelope population was up and the prairie grass was about 2 feet high. Best of luck.
