Simple and delicious: (Assuming it's a whole bird)

Put turkey in a deep roasting pan and pour a can of beer into and over the bird.

Make a tent of foil over the turkey and seal it as best you can.

Cook according to weight. (You can Google a chart for time according to weight.)

Remove foil for the last 30 to 45 minutes to let the bird brown.

Be prepared to be amazed at how good this tastes!

Save it for Thanksgiving. Turn on the football game (New Orleans at Dallas - 4:15 PM ET). Put the turkey in the oven at the two minute warning. When the game is over, the bird will be done. Eat hearty!

We fillet the breast meat off, pound it, roll in flour, and fry usually. Keep the legs to cook off for stock.
