Q:
while im on I need to know 1 thing. I have a mossberg model88 in 12 gauge pump. It has a modified choke, I use it for turkeys but I want a tighter pattern. Any suggestions on chokes, and how do I replace the modified with a different choke?
Thanks for any help.

If it has interchangeable tubes just ket a choke choke tube wrench and change them out if I'm not misstaken the tubes for a Model 500 will work in the 88.
If it does'nt have "re-moveable" choke tube. Contact Mossberg,Dixie Gun Works, Brownells, etc. about a new barrel for it.
if it has a removable choke the take out the modified and get a full.
If the choke is interchangeable try a Tightwad for turkeys. Have one in my girlfriends 1187 20ga. and it shoots great patterns.
