how do you find out the manufacturer of a bow when there are no visable markings or any obvious signs that would aid in the identification?

your best bet may be to take it to your local bow shop. never seen any without markings.
I would post a picture of the bow in your profile, and maybe one of us could help you out.
i tried using solvents to remove what i thought was paint hiding manufatures markings, just my luck it was just the laminate coating. i also tried uploading the pics i just took but the file was just too large. i will try again with an older model camera.
