I use Rage 3-blade 100 gr. mechanicals for deer and turkey and love them. A lot of people say that mechanicals won't cut through a turkey's feathers, but I have never seen any problems with them so long as you make a good shot.

I was looking into the Rage broadheads or either shwacker, but did not know which were the best. Thanks for the info.

vortex broadheads, depending on what grain weight you shoot they have a 2.5" cut or a 2.75" cut. you don't have to worry about if the blades are out when u pull arrows out of the quiver. (rages blades come out often because they are slip cams the vortex are cam forward) cam forward broadhead also burn more KE when they open meaning more energy imparted on the turkey to cause broken bones and hemorrhaging even with marginal shots. the also penetrate well and will take deer with ease if placed in the vitals

Stinger buzz-cuts are good for deer and will give you a nice size hole in a turkey.

Muzzy 4 blade, 100 grains. Puts a big hole in animals and does a lot of cutting.
