A ghillie is hot as fire. Go with a leaf suit. I have one that has a liner that can be taken out which makes it ideal for cold weather as well as hot weather. It is also easy to wash and dries quickly. A friend uses a ghillie for coyote hunting and it definitely offers concealment, but I am convinced I'm going to find him dead from dehydration one day -- or maybe I won't find him -- just smell him eventually.
