Cabelas most def...
Frog Togs are pretty good, I'd say army surplus for the dollar. Goretex is good.

Cableas, L.L. bean, and Simms will last for years.
Frog Togs are very good and regarding the Under Armour... they are good but are way too pricey to last anything less than a lifetime.
