The forecast on monday is pretty wet up here. Is it possible for my arrow to go off course because of the rain. and if so how would I solve this problem,instead of missing the buck im after because of the rain.

Practice shooting in the rain to test the myth for yourself. My suggestion would be to not take shots farther than 20-25 yards in the rain. At short range the arrow shouldn't be affected very much.
chances are it will not be effected hardly at all. If it is raing hard enough to effect your arrow I dont think you will even be wanting to sit and the deer wont be moving much at all either
a few practice shoots in the rail sounds like the way to go as bioguy said i have taken a few nice deer in the rain but not heavy rains as in a storm front
just hunt
I'd try it out. But it would suck to hit a deer, and because of the rain not get it.
