Your bow hand should be pushing directly at the target. Keep the pin on the point of impact after you release and until the arrow hits the target.

60 about 60 arrows a day into a block target at various ranges. Get a target block with small targets and aim at those. My uncle used to have about 6 buddies over and they would shoot at dollar bills at 40 yards. well they eventualy got so good theyd fold them to half and thirds...

Use a small bulles eye so you will learn to "pick" a spot , than don't stop practising till you are perfect, but you can always be better so don't stop.

I shoot off the stops and never let the cams relax forward. This makes the shot absolutely consistent. I tell myself as I pull the bow to "be strong" and push forward as I pull to the rear. I never am conscious of pulling the trigger on the release only of the constant pressure.

Don't shoot arrow after arrow without a rest. Your muscles get tired and then your form gets bad, cuasing you to develop bad habits. Take a break for 30 seconds to a minute between arrows, or only use three arrows in your quiver before going to retrieve them.

follow through. the best way to do that is to stay looking down your sights long after you shoot.

The big turning point for me was learning to use a peep sight embedded in the bow string. Once you get that down, a compound bow shoots like a rifle.

i use a 3d target of the animal that im hunting not a bag if possible but with a bag shoot small dots about nickle size. myself i practice for 3d shoots and to set my sight with small dot targets
and the size of the hole in your pep can some times be to large .a smaller one can help you shoot better but rember the smaller the hole the less light you will get thier it dont go to small for hunting

practice your form when shooting and do not set your bow with more than one arrow and stay with it you will walk back and forth more but you need to take time between shots anyway best of luck this season
