Probably a three year old. His neck hasnt matched his chest size and he doest have the sagging belly of an older deer. Let him live, he will get bigger.

I believe he's a much younger deer, by nov 10 his neck should be much larger, I'd say 1 1/2 to 2. Looks like he might have an injury to his shoulder or back, if so it could explain his smaller neck and put him a little older. Is that cocaine on his nose?

2.5 or 3.5 would be my guess.

well the rut where i hunt isnt until the end of january so i dont expect his neck would be swollen. i tell you what cocaine would be an expensive management tool. but the deer would ALWAYS be moving haha

If you're talking about the one labeled "Lickin' those chops"...I would say he's 1.5 years old with good genetics. Give him at least another year.

I say 2-2.5. Rack growth will depend on what he is eatin and if he has good minerals around. Do a mineral lick and keep an eye on him to see how he grows the next few years.
