Racoons are not a threat to deer and live in the same habitat. Since coons are mostly nocturnal, you probably won't even see many of them during the day, neither will the deer.
Deer will tolerate many smaller animals such as coons and turkey, it's bigger toothed animals that get deer spooky, wild pigs, javelina and coyote to name a few.
I have many photos of racoons and deer together on my trail cam, and they do not seem to mind each other. I have had turkey and deer in feeding together and it helped me out because the turkey were scratching around making a bunch of noise, making it easier for me to draw my bow without being detected by noise....however, i did have to be more careful of the visual considering all of the extra sets of eyes.

I've watched deer chase the raccoons off many times.

The deer are used to racoons. They might even help you by distracting the deer so they don't notice you.
Just another creature in that environment. I don't see a problem with them.
