Does anyone know a good sabot or slug? I have a Remington spr453 with a riffled choke so I can shoot ether. I've heard the remington accu-tip sabot works well, but I haven't tried one yet. Any advice?

If you've got a rifled barrel the Hornady SST's are great but theyre pretty expensive ( about 11 bucks for 5) and another good expensive one is the Winchester xp3, but I just use remington foster style slugs with open sight theyve worked great and your range is about 100 yards with a rifled barrel.
