I have a Remmington 1100 shotgun and i dont think they make a rifled barrel for them. I was wondering if i used my shot barrel and a rifled choke, which choke would be better. Flush or Extended?

They DO make a rifled barrel Most Sporting goods stores Or Dicks, Cabelas, or Garts can order for you, it will cost around 250 for a new one or you may find a used one for less.
Remington does make slug barrels in both RH and LH configuration. Any gun store should be able to order direct from Remington, and there are some aftermarket barrels available from other makers. I would not use too much constriction in a screw in choke to shoot slugs through. Modified should be the best.
you want to use a modified choke if you can but they do make a riffled barrel for them check dicks sporting goods, Gander mountain or cabelas online sight
They DO make rifled barrels for them but I would suggest shooting your smooth bore barrel until you feel you need the rifled barrel. A rifled slug will perform pretty well. Use a Cylinder or Improved Cylinder choke. Test to see if you can hold a 4-6 inch group at 75 yards. If you can, you are good to go!

extended would be better, but for 150 you can get a rifled barrel for a 1100 i just sold one about a month ago with a rifled barrel.
