I almost picked up the 2 pack of thier cameras until I read the reviews. Sorry to say, that seems to be the norm for most W.I. trail cams.
I have the IR4 and haven't had any problems yet. How long have you been using the camera?
I haven't had no problems with mine, nor heard of any problems from others with the same cameras. I would contact Wildgame Innovations
The camera was given to me as a gift in February. So it is not that old. I have replaced the batteries twice so far to see if it made a difference.
The only problem i have with mine is thievery. Just bought another.
I know your problem...it's a piece of junk. There are a few cameras I would trust for under $100...Wildgame Innovations isn't on my list.
I called Wildgame Innovations and they told me to send my camera back to them and they will send me a new camera. So at least they have good customer service.
Well that's good to hear. Good customer service is difficult to come by.
I have had 2 IR4 cameras now and both are cr__p. I have emailed customer service and they don't even respond. I'd like to know who these other guys are talking to.
Call customer service. I tried emailing but got no response like you so I called them. They told me to send it to them and they sent me a new one.
