This is going sound silly, but I have seen deer archery targets in the trash in my neighborhood. A coat of paint an that could be your decoy. You didn’t say i had to be easy to carry or new. Just cheap.
I got a Tinks miss november inflatable but it blows over and i haven't had any deer come to it in 2 years. If it doesn't work this year i'm filling it with helium and sending it up on Christmas eve, not that I'm bitter. The old 3d target sounds good.
50# sack of whole kernel corn. Available for only $12 at your local feed store!
If you don't have a feeder, take a quart zip-loc bag with 3 or 4 cups of corn. Scatter it in your shooting lanes before getting into your stand. If you hunt that spot often enough, the deer will learn to check there for the occasional easy snack.
You're not trying to fatten them, just draw them in. If deer spend more than 3 or 4 minutes under your feeder, you're feeding too much.
So many people on here talk about a bait "pile". You don't want a "pile"! A couple of cups scattered about is sufficient. Deer will alter their travel route to check the spot. Most of the time, it gives me the opportunity to chevk the local herd, select specific animals if I want.
A lot simpler to haul around than a life size decoy! LOL!
