Q:
I hunt on a small piece of land in central Alabama (about 80 acres) and we want to hunt there for more than one day so we would camp. The only place to camp is about 100 yards from the nearest hunting site. Is this a problem sent wise? if the wind is blowing towards where the deer are, will that make them not move? Thanks!

I would not worry about it and go have a good time with my friends. Dont raise too much a ruckus or sight in your guns and the deer probably wont pay you much attention. If there are any houses nearby, the deer are likely familiar with the sounds and smells of people anyway.
I'd try to minimize any intrusion, whether from scent, sight or sound. The deer may not go away, but they may quit moving during the day. Do the best you can and still have fun. Good luck.
Give yourself a couple of minus 1's for multiple posts!
I would say go and camp. Just try to be a little quiet. Dont have a huge bonfire. Just keep it small and try to have a good time. If its a site that has been used before or if you know of camping in the area the deer wont be too affected. I have had deer come into camp to investigate before. Can tell from the fresh poop and tracks! They are curious animals as long as theyre not scared off.
No because that is your only option. And the deer will get use to your camp being there if you are there long enough. Go out and have some fun.
I wouldnt worry bout it to much. Just keep a little quiet and dont have a big blazing fire. What part of alabama are you in?
