Q:
I hunt on a small piece of land in central Alabama (about 80 acres) and we want to hunt there for more than one day so we would camp. The only place to camp is about 100 yards from the nearest hunting site. Is this a problem sent wise? if the wind is blowing towards where the deer are, will that make them not move? Thanks!

I would say that camping only 100 yards from your hunting location is more than risky. However, if that is your only option then you probably don't have much of a choice. If there is any alternative to camping this close to your set-up, take it. If not, take as many precautions as you can. Treat your camping location just like your hunting spot. Try to be quiet, and scent free. Mask your scent as best you can and try and prevent any unnecessary noises. If you can luck out and have the wind in your favor (blowing from your hunting spot towards your camp site), then your chances of bagging a deer will increase.
Hope this was helpful. Good luck.
