Can i shoot rifled slugs with a full choke or any choke in the barrel?

Improved cylinder is recommended.

Yes you can but as said by steve improved cylinder or cylinder will give you best accuraccy.

Yes you can, but a rifled slug should be in a slug barrel. ( at least improved cylinder)

I would avoid slugs through full chokes.
