My first ground squirrel. I was with my boyfriend and he didn't know how accurate I was with my .17. Shoulda seen his face when that little squirrel went up in a puff of fur!!
When I was about 13 yrs. old I went grouse hunting with my dad and older brother and we each came back with three birds in a hunt that lasted a little over 4 hours.
when i shot my first Buck last year up in Montrose,PA
I was hunting with my brother... I had just got a lohman doe bleat and a K&H EZ Grunter+. We were in a hardwood stand on the other side of a briar patch. I called in my first deer a Mature doe and a yearling. No shots taken,They weren't in season. But I was stuck standing by an old maple with my gun pointed straight up. I couldn't move because the doe was starin right at me. Finally I couldn't hold the gun up and moved they ran off. it was a good 10 minutes.
I've got more but this one will do.
