bear apprentice might work, but I don't know the draw length.
The PSE Stinger package comes with everything needed and is exactly $400. It is a good bow too.
Diamond Infinite Edge. draw length from 13" to 30", 5-70 lbs adjustments. Comes in Camo or black. $350 from Cabelas
My wife got me a PSE Rally for Christmas that came with all the fixins'. I think she paid around $350 for it. It is my first Bow and I like it so far.
