yep they love beets as well and pumpkins to. i left a bunch of beets in my garden one year and it snowed on them the deer dug them up , it looked like i shot every deer there in the garden from all of the beet juice deer drool all over the snow it was red every where .
I would assume so they seem to like all edible vegetables. Deer eat all they vegetables out of my garden including carrots and their favorite are green beans.

yup mine luv 'em especially the already peeled baby carrots and cooked ones in warm molasses
They will eat them regardless of being cooked, peeled, or dipped in molasses. Animals will take whatever meal they can get.
Deer will eat just about any vegetable i like to go with some rotten apples but in some states that would be bating and it illegal.
You'll soon find out when you check the pictures. I'd say yes.
Deer love carrots. Doesn't do them much good nutrition wise though.

Deer are generalist feeders and eat just about anything...even tree bark when times are really tough.
It seems deer like many if not all root vegetables
