Q:
I am moving from Eastern Montana (Northern Cheyenne Indian Reservation) to Rockville, Maryland. I was wondering how the hunting was and if access and opportunity was high enough to make it worth while. I would like to bow hunt whitetails.

The whitetail hunting in Maryland is quite good. Will be a little different than you're used to though. Good luck with your move.
when I lived near there long time ago, I tried a lot of places but liked Patuxent River state park just north of Olney the best
I'm right next door in WV and several of my buddies have taken some tremendous deer in the Brandywine Md. area. I don't think that Brandywine is too far from Rockville.. Contact Maryland DNR when you get there for some help.
