Where to begin? Thankful for the gift of life and loved ones to share it with. For my wife, children, friends, and peace I enjoy within my walls. For the roof over my head, for every morsel I eat. I'm grateful for the catalogue of great memories, and the opportunities to generate more.

I'm thankful for my healthy family; for the selfless, brave men & women of the armed forces who have, and continue, to fight for our freedoms; for the flash of a russet-red rooster pheasant, rising from the corn stubble on a chilly Midwestern day; for a school of hungry crappie on a serene lake; for the privelige of living in the United States of America, which is, despite flaws, the greatest country in the world; for the Green Bay Packers, and the love of the risen Christ.
