"Unforgettable Bowhunters - Inside the Lives of the Sport's Most Famous and Infamous Personalities" by M.R. James, gives biographical accounts of some of the world's top hunting archers, including Fred Bear, Ted Nugent, Chuck Adams and Nathan Anderson. It also delves into the darker side of intentional and unintentional violations that felled high-profile archers as surely as the game they had taken with bows and arrows. Noel Feather and Roger Rothhaar lost high-profile hunting media careers over improperly tagging a single deer. Robert Hansen, a famous archer, was also a psychopathic killer who also hunted human prey in the most chilling manner imaginable. ISBN 0-9721321-5-5; Ihunt; Communications;
Other than that I could find nothing.
Noel Feather was busted for tagging a pen raised deer as wild. He was stripped of 3 B&C records (all legally taken) and banned from the business. Regardless his legacy remains as one of the fathers of rattling and calling whitetail deer.
IMO he's a hell of a hunter.
Agreed Buckhunter, I should have deleted references to the Robert Hansen maybe? Give the rest a bad association.
