Rather than go into it here, I'd suggest you Google it. There are several good videos out there.

You will need a big metal pot, water, something to plug your nose it is not a pleasant smell i would recommend doing it outside. There are some different methods to getting the stuff that doesn't boil off. like country road said you may want check out a how to this is a pretty basic way http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V1lM03CxZp0

i boiled a deer head one time but it took all dat and you have to get as much meat off as you can before you do. a taxidermist told me you could but beetles and put the head in a tank with them and theyll clean it white. or you could take measuremeants of how wide the deer is and saw the horns off and put them on a fake skull its the easiest but most people dont like it
