What are the best calls or strategies to use this time of year to call in coyotes?

i did this by accident a few years back during the gun season here in wisconsin... i had a doe bleat call and the coyote walked out about 8 ft away from my pop up blind i think it may have sounded like a wounded deer during the hunting season that is something they must look for. otherwise get the wind in your favor and i use bacon grease with a rabbit decoy, and either an electronic call or or my predator rabbit call. i like snow so i wait until december and jan to start going after coyotes

Right now(Nov-Dec) go with a prey in distress call, later(Jan-Feb)when mating season starts use teritorial coyote calls and howlers.

Right around the end of deer season I try to hunt around a heavily deer populated area. You might find some gut piles or even a carcass. In that situation a fawn in distress call seems to work best for me.
