I have used snares But they just eat all my bait

Put the bait all on one side and set aways back with your gun and pick em off?

I would use a small game trap that has a pressure plate baited with rabbit food

Use a noose style snair.As long as you make sure that it isn't used by dogs/ or cats you actually care about because you dont want to explain to your neighbor why you hung fluffy..... They work very well and ive had good luck with them.

Check your local laws first. As Crazyhunter mentioned, snares work but they do not discriminate. I advise against using a snare and recommend a live capture cage or box trap.
