For a mere $1200 you can get a genIII night vision scope for mounting on your Archangel 10-22 conversion rail system. Then (after dressing entirely in black, with a balaclava) establish a backyard command post to observe the habits of the intruding rabbit. After collecting sufficient intel advance to a sniper position (while avoiding detection) and take the shot.
I like my rabbits stuffed with wild rice and morel mushrooms...

boxtrap, snare, run the track at first light if you have a dog.if you dont make a new friend that does.
Try a snare and set it on a commonly used path.
Boxt trap the easiest and safest if you or your neighbor have pets that might get in a snare.
get a gamo whisper with a light and a laser
blow gun... but seriously a live trap assuming you live in town or somewhere a 20ga won't work
Check local game laws before you try anything...
I can imagine it is eating your plants etc
otherwise I wouldnt bother with it. Have-a-hart trap time?
Unless your raising tomatoes ,lettuce or somthing he is likely to eat, why bother?
Unless he is radib like the one that chased Jemmeh CAHtah :)
