If you mean a set of shooting sticks then check out Varmint Al's webpage, he has a great set of instructions. I have made several versions and use them often. If you mean one that actually attaches to the rifle then I have not. Or use Google, there are a bunch of websites with directions.
I made a set of shoots sticks by taking two aluminum rods taken from an old TV antenae, enclosed the entire rods in camo tape (makes them quite and not shine) and used parachute chord to tie them together. The chord "gives" just enough to open the legs to rest a rifle. I use this setup while in my deer stand. I've switched over to tripods (bogpod) when I'm still hunting or out west chasing elk and mule deer.
I suggest you take a piece of plywood and draw out the shape of your bypod and the size, then cut it out and trace it onto another piece of plywood and glue them together. I would suggest using 2 quarter inch peices or just 1/2 inch peice and not glue them together. Either way is up to you. I hope this will help you.
2 hollow metal rods fold them up while holding your gun on the to find the height mark where you want your gun to rest then drill a hole in both tubes and attach with a bolt and a wing nut. you can paint them however you please
