Q:
Today, I went turkey hunting in the early morning. At about noon we saw a single hen walk right past our blind about 50 yards away. What does this mean because all the turkeys I have ever seen before have been in groups. This was my second to last hunt before the season ends and I still haven't seen a single gobbler, any advice, I'm getting desperate.

That hen was going back to sit on her nest after being bread.

it means you saw a single hen...if you have been hunting all season and have not seen or heard a gobbler, you are clearly hunting in the wrong spot. a change in location is needed ASAP.
