Try the gatorade and find out...maybe make a science project out of it...put everyday household foods and drinks on stumps, put a trail cams on them, and see what comes. Since I started participating in this website I've heard deer are attracted to all kinds of stuff (peanut butter, bacon grease, jell-o, etc.)
I would avoid using clorox and other potentially hazardous chemicals. Just because deer are attracted to something doesn't mean it's good for them, or anything else for that matter.
Ive used moutain dew. I dont know if they came to it but they stopped, snd did not spook. In fact onecame home with me.I think something sweet will work better for you.
BioGuy is right, who'dve thought deer would like Bacon? but as we know,... PORKFAT RULES, so why not try it. Jello, that's a new one, but if i had a nickel for every time i heard deer will come to peanut-butter...i'd have a couple dollars at least. Purple Gatorade? i heard it makes your stool green, whether or not deer like it is a mystery to me and will likely remain as such. Funny stuff i read on here, never know what to believe.
wow lets just throw some crap and see if deer happen to walk by... like bioguy said go about it scientifically control as many variables as you can and see if its the true reason the deer are there.
please use common sense bleach kills just about anything and abide laws in your state... I'm all for the next simple great deer attractant...
