Have any of you guys tried the sweet potato pumkin curry that was in field and stream. my dad cooked it up and it was best venison dish ive ever had. although we substituded the pumkin for sweet potato you can find it by typing in venison pumkin curry in the search box

I did a rendition of the shoulder recipe, cooked in slow cooker til fell of bone, used my own stuff and a mix of theres.. more of stew that was good over mashed potato, or plain. apples and wine was a great mix, and the cookng in bacon grease is always good, plus I used some cranberry juice.
I want to do the tamale' but Im just too lazy thats a lot of prep work :(
