I can legally shoot 4 does this year. I know we only have room/use for 2, but I want to donate the meat to foodbanks. I just want to keep someone from going without food this Christmas. Have any of you guys/gals ever done this? What say you?

Great thing to do hjohn. Might consider giving the first deer of the year to FHFH (Farmers and Hunters Feeding the Hungry). FHFH pays for the processing. Check their website to see if there is a FHFH processor near you. Otherwise, some states have programs but you have to pay for the processing. Check sate wildlife websites. All the meat is normally ground.
