The seals may be bad or dry. Look for a place to oil the pump cylinder.

Seals are gone, need to find a repair facility and have the seals and other worn parts replaced. Probably be better just to replace it with one of those 1200+ fps rifles!

Yeah, Clay is right, I've had many a pump pellet guns and when you start to lose power it's all over but the weepin. So you could send it back to the factory but it probably be better just to get a new gun.

Before ordering parts, I'd disassemble the gun, clean, oil and inspect all seals and o rings. ressemble and see if it dosent fire like a new gun. Sometimes a pellet gun just needs a cleaning and a little oil, sorta like a fishing reel. I've bought several pellet guns because they'd not pump up, gave a fraction of what the asking price was "Ya know I'm gonna have to order parts for this and then there's the wait" always seems to bring down the price. If the seals are bad, the manufactor will email ya a parts schematic and a price list. Good shooting!!
