I'm assuming the "powers that be" read these questions so why won't the website let me make comments on any photos every now and then? It has a comment box but no submit button. What's up?

It is a browser compatibility problem that prevents the submit button from appearing. Click on the Browser's "Tools" menu item and then click on "Compatibility View" or "Compatibility Settings".
