Happens to be a hobby of mine and what a few of my friends call me.
Well I choose mine by putting my profession and love in the same name. I am a United States Marine hence USMC and I love turkey hunting hence turkey.
Because I love to hunt.
This question should generate some interesting answers...I chose my username because I like to fish for king salmon, 907 is the area code, pretty straight forward...
When I used to play fantasy football, my opponents would have to face a whole wall of sam, not just sam. It was also my teams name.
Just my initials.
Some legit, some use their names and some with identity crises!
First 2 initials and part of my last name. That way I know I will remember it!

What's your story 2Poppa, Daddy Twice over?
Since graduating high school eight years ago I have made my living as a greens keeper. I hunt, fish, camp, hike, trap and do all manner of outdoor sporting activities, ergo Golfing Sportsman.
I chose a local creek drainage in which I like to hunt. Loosely translated from the Native American Shoshoni tongue it means "wolf crap".
Well, I'm Jeff, and I used the last MOS (Military Occupational Specialty) I was performing when I semi-retired. I had a bunch over the decades, and 4066 is "computer systems specialist".
I could also be 0331, 0844, 4034, 6000, 5927, 5928, 9981, and 9052.
Mine is just initials. The number is a number I picked out randomely one day, but I use it for everything now. One day my friend told me he remembers those numbers because its my birthday. I never realized that, but it is that too.
I am enrolled on, grew up, went to school on and returned to after college, the Northern Cheyenne Indian Reservation or "Rez". Growing up, my brothers, cousins and I used to go swimming and fishing at the Tongue River Reservoir or "Rezavoir", and the Dog Soldiers were the Greatest Warriors of the Pains Indians, so, hence "rezavoirdog". Or, someone pointed out a movie I also liked, "Reservoir Dogs" by Quentin Tarantino. Cool.
I am from Ohio, the buckeye is our state tree and I love The Ohio State University Buckeyes.
This is my id number at school. I made a mistake and now i'm stuck with this username.

My mother has always called me buddy and one day i just thought of it when i was creating an e-mail adress
Ma fav Shotgun (Ithaca 16ga. Double, and the first thing I hunted and now my passion in the hunting realm, and a little bit of goofy stupid word play that honestly makes me cringe from it's lameness!!LOL
My last name is Streacker, I hope you can figure out how I chose my user name.

Actually a Daddy 5 times over.
I got my user name, because I always liked the Bob Seger song, "Come to Poppa."
I was registering on a fishing forum, while the song was in the background playing, and they wouldn't allow the word "to" so I used the numeral "2".
I usually sang the song while I had a fish on!
Come 2 Poppa!
Come see your Daddy,I'll get ya fixed.

my grandma calls me boomer
mine is the name i use for all my online gaming
In the Army, I was a 19D Cavalry Scout. CavRecon just kinda stuck.
