We have had over 30 inches of rain in my part of GA since mid September with 6 inches coming this week. It's so wet the cows are bogging up in the pastures! Pretty cool last night, had our first real "killing" frost. Supposed to be around freezing tonight with rain moving back in for Thursday and Friday... This time of year we will typically be in the low 30's to high 20's with days getting into the mid to high 40's or even the low 50's.
I assume that is California...

Just got back from 10 days in S. Dak. The coolest day was 14 degrees below zero but they averaged -3 for the trip. Had a couple of blizzards where we had to stay in front of the fire with our trap doors up all day long. The coolest day considering wind chill was -7 with 30 mph winds. Now back in Georgia with 60 degree sunshine. I miss all the fresh snow where you can track a sparrow and you can see a coyote from 3 miles.
What part of GA do you reside in?
cold and snowy.
A balmy 36 and falling. Foot of snow in the yard and some more predicted for this afternoon, tonight, and tomorrow. Merry Christmas from the Wind River Range of Wyoming.
