I am honored to have had the chance to serve with some of the finest, and consider myself indeed fortunate to enjoy lasting friendships rooted in those days. Thank you very much.

Thank you very much libertyfirst, it is a great day to celebrate. Last year at this time I just got back from a supposed to be 3 day mission in Afghanistan that turned into 5 days. Popped my "Combat Cherry" on the 2nd of July and we had to wait for an air drop to fix our vehicles and get fuel.

Thank you libertyfirst. It's nice to see that some people still remember what this day is.
I went to a dedication today for a "local" memorial.
For those who are "not here", to respond theirselves.
"Your Welcome, we were just doing our job, for the country that we love/d so well."

I'm a very emotional man when it comes to you boys who have worn our colors so proudly. I think that I'm part of a large group that will never forget what selfless service you provide at a cost that could be everything.
