I run a small constructor company but I'm out there every day with the crew and still love building. I spent many years of my life as a gunsmith and enjoyed every minute of it.

Retired since 04, Consultant and Inspector to oversee construction work.Nuclear to pulp and paper.
Supervisor for a local security co.
Sit infront of a computer all day wishing I was outside, working on get my architecture license.
Retired soldier, Now work for USPS in KC mail processing plant. Plan to retire for good soon so I can hunt all day and sit here all night..
High Voltage Power Lineman. Work for contractor building and maintaining Transmission Powerlines.

Why would one do anything else? In my spare time, I write poetry.

MLH, I too dreamed of hunting and fishing for a living..maybe someday. For now I am a systems analyst for a financial institution.
When my wife is in a peckish mood she claims all I do is hunt, plan hunts, and advise others where to hunt. Seems pretty accurate to me, so I won't quarrel with her. As Groucho Marks once said " the way to a happy marriage is for the husband to keep his mouth shut and his check book open. "
Actually, as of Jan 0ne, I retired and kicked myself upstairs to Chairman of the Board, maybe that should read Chairman of the Bored

Retired after a 33 year career in law enforcement. Now my business card reads Outdoorsman/Journalist. My stuff is published in another magazine.
i am working in construction now but iwill soon be in the US army so i could serve my country. and on the side i also kill trees (lagger)
