ok i hope this helps. first off i have been a drill sergeant in the us army for 3 years and i have had to teach many soldiers to shoot that have never shot before. this takes alot of practice go to your open sites to train your eye and find where good point of aim is for you. once you become good with the open sites start over with your scope. you will know you have it because your windage should not be much further right then it was left when you were shooting righty. this is what i had to do to learn to shoot righty because im a lefty. if you would like you can email me at my personal email and i will try to help you through your endevers with going lefty. merrillwoodworks@yahoo.com
