So what's on everybody's christmas list as of right now. anyone gotten any ideas while out hunting lately.

so far I've got clothes, a rangefinder, game camera, monopod and the rack pack.
New bike and race gear. My old BMX's can't hold up to the new racing I'm doing, So Ill be getting a Gary fischer or some other form of mntn bike.
And my Doc won't let me hunt yet, 3 more weeks... (Why does it seem that an injury happens at the worst time>) I was hoping to have my first deer Bow season this year...
Yep i want a free wolf tag from the idaho fish and game! I did not see any animals out hunting this year at all. No tracks too! anyone help me out?
I think of a lot of good things while sitting on stand. Just the other day I was thinking about wool socks, sock liners, thermal underware, wool shirts, underarmor cold gear, hand warmers, stocking hats, new rain jacket, new rain bibs, 2000 gram thinsulate insulation boots...I'm sensing a trend :-).

Alex, what's your injury about. Mine is a cat bite. That's right, a damn house cat bit me and I couldn't use my right hand for 3 weeks and now that it's healed I can't move my thumb so the surgeon needs to repair a ligament. Might end my deer season.

I would like a range finder as a possible expensive present, and maybe a pair of those boot insulator things as a cheaper alternative.
Jim in MO- That is a shame your injury may ruin your season. I leave later this morning for Monroe County, Missouri, for rifle season. Hope you still get to hunt somehow.
Well, Kind of a long story put short but I shattered (Multiple breaks) my right wrist in a Dirt bike accident 2 months ago. Had to have some pins put in (I think it was 5...) and still have some of them they have yet to remove, and my doctor doesn't want me to mess up the healing by drawing a bow.
yeah I get the feeling bioguy had a fun time on the stand recently. I also remembered the other one that was a big one on my list and is probably more important than the range finder is a treestand harness, I broke mine recently while putting it on.
I want one cabelas store, one bass pro shop, and a gander mountain store...
Would like a packable ladder stand. New Bow. A Wii with new cabelas big game hunter kit.
A custom drop-point hunting knife, maybe by Jess Horn, Randall, Lile or Loveless.
A ladder stand, some accessories for my blind, and a topo map program for my computer, and a new .22
Got an in-line muzzleloader and a new bird vest coming my way.
I want the Savage Choate Tactical .308 rifle that Cabelas has on Christmas special for $650. $650!!!! It has a version of a Mcmillan A5 stock with a tack driver Savage action for $650!! How can you go wrong? Granted it would require me to buy a Bushnell Elite 6500 6-32 power so I can reach out and touch someone but seriously that's a deal no matter how you lay it out..

I wouldn't mind a dozen new Beman ICS carbon arrows, a couple packs of G5 Montec broadheads, and a pack of Bonning Blazer vanes and wraps.

Probably too expensive for this tough year but I am still wishing I had a trail cam so I can scout deer better.

I need new camo, seriously you guys out there are lucky. I have such a hard time fiding gear that will fit me properly when I hunt!
Defiantly a high quality knife sharpener! nothing aggravates me more then a dull knife.
