Something to do while you wait for hunting season. Take 6 red ripe tomatoes and 6 Jalapena peppers, brush with Extra virgin olive oil place in a glass pan and roast at 400 for 30 min. Remove pepper seeds and put tomatoes & peppers in a food processor or blender add 1 teaspoon seasalt, 1 tablespoon (fresh is best) Cilantro and 2 cloves of garlic and chop. Chill in the fridge then drag a resturant style corn chip thru this salsa and let me know what you think. It's some of the the best I ever tasted.
