Q:
well a couple of weeks ago i planted some clover in an opening down in my woods because the weather was gettin alot nicer and it was starting to warm up, but the problem is that the weather turned real bad again and its not growing at all....the seeds are starting to look like a dark brown color so im wondering if they are still good and will grow when the weather gets nice again?...if not will i be better off just replanting clover in the late spring or even in the summer? Thanks!

how much sunlight does this patch get. if i am not mistaken clover needs a pretty good amount of light. The best time to plant however is in the fall which might not help this upcoming season but should yield good results the following year

plant both spring and summer plots, you may have a slow take off on ur spring clovver but it will grow, Another good thing about clover is you can go back over and resead when ever yoou'd like. If theplants dont loog well, reseed and frertilize. I mow mine after they get ti high as to get more stems and a thicker patch. You ccan use teh cheap co-op seed that sell for 3.00 a pound and realy sead your areas, even mix in a few soy seeds and bunches of turnips. ame goes for fall plantings.
