Try ebay. I have bought them at flea markets for a dollar and sent them back to Zippo to have them rebuilt. They come back from Zippo with new works inside and a new hinge in the case.

Any good cigar store or tobacconist, Dunhills for instance.

Truck stops are good, but Amazon is the best. You can get whatever you want from them.

smoke stores almost always have some, if you're trying to light a fire in the wind, I'd recommend a butane lighter with a strong flame. while normal zippos are "windproof", anything above the wind barrier will be hard to get lit, so while your zippo wont go out, your tinder won't start. a butane lighter solves this since the fuel is under pressure, the flame will shoot out no matter how strong the wind is, and get your fire lit!
