Q:
Any fans of the TV show Dual Survival with Cody Lundin and Dave Canterbury? When watching the winter survival in Wyoming episode I recognized it as having been filmed at one of my favorite playgrounds. If anyone wants to see what that place looks like without the six feet of snow covering it, check out my "Morning at Brooks Lake" photo on my profile

I like the show. Those 2 are the yin & yang of survivalists--beats the heck out of bear grylls for both entertainment and useful information. They did a show in my backyard too--the Everglades airboat episode.

It is my favorite of that type of show. Those two guys make quite an entertaining and informative pair. I still can't believe Cody goes barefoot everywhere---even when I was a kid on Grandma's farm, I didn't like the feel of warm chicken dookie between my toes, much less the kind of stuff he walks through.

As far as survival shows go I like it they make a great mix. They add useful information as well. Very funny at times.

I had the opportunity to hang out with cody a few times when I was living in AZ. It's funny that he's always barefoot on the show, but when we were hanging out he always wore sandals he handcrafted from yucca fibers. The dude knows his stuff. Prescott college has an awesome aboriginal living skills course.

Hi...

Cody kinda reminds me of my mail carrier. Winter or summer, he always wears SHORTS...!! Until the postmaster decides to tell hin to dress more appropriately...then he wears long pants for a week or two...!!
