tear the horns off, wipe it's ass and throw it on the plate! add some mushrooms and onions and i'm good!

as rare as you can get it! seriously I have had straight up raw hamburger patty in Paris, and I liked it. Best way to cook it is to get your grill about as hot as it can go, slap the stakes on for about ten seconds each side and you are really close to done...

Pittsburgh rare if someone can do it right, otherwise, just below medium rare. Season with salt, pepper, and maybe a touch of garlic. A good steak doesn't need anything else.

Medium to medium rare with only salt and pepper. There's not a derned thing wrong with a cooked steak---just don't overdo it.
