Dodge Dakota 6 ft bed,
Waterproof seat covers, Line-X bedliner, Limited slip diff, Club Cab, Hitch, Gun rack,Pro Comp shocks
Future add ons: Goodyear Wrangler tires, Fog/offroad lights Flowmaster exchaust (cat back) and locking diff. on a budget that stuff'll get done in time.
Miss my 86 Dodge Ram D-150 Reg Cab, Good year Wrangler APT tires, 318, 8 foot bed, truck box, Automatic, Holley 2bbl, Gun Rack, Drop in bedliner.
Got me out of many a jam and over lotsa obstacles.
im a fan of f150 u can drive through or pull anything... my dads trany just went out on his dodge and he got a f150 i love driving it... i have an 89 lariat big and a gas guzzeler but it plows snow great and pulls trials great.
Dakotas are still made with 4 door option but with the short bed and cost more. Good truck though still. I wish they still offered the 8 ft bed models.
Owned an 89 F-150 4X4 with 6" lift and a throttle body fuel injected 302, drop in bed liner. Cold natured spent the winter in Alaska parked even with battery blanket, block and oil pan heater it wouldn't start, Rear tank didn't work the dealer didn't know why, other than that the 4wd worked and did well in Summer especially muddin.
Tacoma TRD, locking diff, manual tranny & T case, 1.25" leveling kit stuffed with BRF TA/KOs. Get's decent mileage on the tarmac and has never gotten 'compromised' in the thick stuff. I love it, but if I had the cash, I get a big ol' American rig!

Both are ideal truck for what I do (Hunt/Fish)
too bad you can't get the rear doors for the back cab on the dakota, then you'd be set!
[at least my dakota doesn't have them]
I like the size of the truck tho
06 F150 crew cab 4x4 5.4liter cat back exhaust. Rhino lining Firestone Destination AT. All leather interior (for easy cleanup)
Wanting to do shocks and possible light system and remote start.
get a ford F150 4 wheel drive
