Tom, you're sadly mistaken. You must be crossing the fish in picture #2 with a South American Aruana. The pictured fish's skull is not scooped enough and the mandible is too short. Mark comment offensive

Say Billy you don't know me. So why all the hate. Yes I did eat that bobcat, and it tasted good--it was similar to pork chops. If you want a bobcat recipe you can google it. I wish people like you would keep your lame comments to yourself because I know you wouldn't have the nuts to say that to my face. Mark comment offensive

In regards to Fish in Pic #2. It is a Mangar. It was caught on a military base, here in Baghdad. Bait: Half of a plain bagel. 30lb test brought the bad boy in to shore, without too much of a fight. Water around here is unsafe to eat/drink/etc, so he got thrown back. We caught him in one of Saddam's lakes here near his palace. Mark comment offensive

folks, your comments are worthless on this blog if you don't mention the picture number. How can someone give more info on a fish if you don't specify what picture you are referring too. I'm not tyring to be crabby but you are just wasting blog space here if you are not detailed. Mark comment offensive
